I read that it was made with clips from a 60’s infomercial about “The joys of consumerism”. What I see is that the genius Cyriak flipped it on its head to show the consequences of consumerism for the planet.

This video makes me cry when I watch it. Even Cyriak's early videos I thought were genius. Then to see him get commissioned and bring out this incredible and intricate work. Not sure why I cry, partly it's out of joy at the sheer creative endeavour and work put into this. Partly to feel like I'm watching a great talent develop. Amazing video. (And I like the song too).

WOW. this is quite possibly one of the most creative, out of the norm, and intricately animated videos I have ever seen. Not to mention the song is dope. Seriously though, I wasn't even ready for this I just stumbled on it and had my mind blown.

This is made by cyriak, and like 85% of his work is equally if not more creative.

Each image in this video is a stock clip of the utterly mundane: 50's white picket fence humdrum; pleasant Americana with well trained housewives fiddling with appliances or children playing in suburbia. But after Cyriak has finished is magic, the footage becomes a kaleidoscope of playfully insane chaos. I just cannot love it more
