Hey so i directly asked if the usb cable had any other functionality and this is the reply back from Jeramy "Only charge there is no porting or flashing ability" so thats a lil disapointing.

Remember the quality of that original Fallout 4 Special Edition Pipboy? Terrible! I don't think that will be the case this time around.

Still question yet to be answered, as I've yet to find anything showing it'll be available after release. Be sure to get your pre-order at latest October just to be safe!
