LOL, thats not a 2.7 million dollar home! Thats a 700,000 dollar home with 2 million dollars of land. I live several miles north of this area and you can build this house in the 700,000 dollar range on about 5 acres with ease. You also don't have to put up with the stupid traffic of Franklin either.
There are basements in some homes depending on their location, like if they are on a hillside, but majority of homes don't because there is a lot of bedrock making it hard to dig the basement level.
@@COLEMANJOHNS why would I need to negotiate a bigger door on a $2.76 million house? It should be a standard feature. You could easily built a nicer house for $500k. No offense but this house is over priced.
I moved to Franklin in 2005. Bought a brand new house bigger than this for $650,000. This house is not worth $2,750000. I don’t care what people are willing to pay. Ridiculous. Moved back to the beach in 2015.
Franklin housing is so overvalued, Just wait till the market drops in several months and interest rates start to approach 10% and the value of that home will start to move closer to half that.
Interesting house I like the design a bit though I'm confused about that second floor... It's like a mother-in-law Suite of sorts it's kind of confusing
It's a beautiful home, but I'm a little bit old school. Too much open I don't like people in the kitchen with me while I'm preparing meals. A little separation would be nice.
They're not joking, the price is set to price some people out, but what they don't seem to understand They're pricing more than their undesirable out. It's everybody.
Sorry but you could not build that for $700,000! People watch shows like Fixer Upper and Hometown where they say they can redo a kitchen for $35,000. They give people false hope. I had my kitchen redone recently. My husband installed the cabinets and we had $50,000 alone just in the cabinets and we kept some and just added more. All the Thermador appliances added up too! We just finished a master walk in shower and the tile alone was $10,000. All that square footage and detail work adds up! The only way you could build that for $700,000 is if you put in builder grade everything. It wouldn’t look like this home! Plus the price of lumber has gone up considerably! How many acres? The house alone is probably worth $1.50 million and then depending on how many acres. That’s probably how they come up with their price.
Beautiful home. I could take away the furniture and just enjoy the sheer creativity of the builder. Awesome ceilings in the living room 😎
Oh, my word…that’s simply a gorgeous house!! I’m so glad to see beautiful wood being showcased and not all painted. The windows are 👌.
That tub is everything!!!
Wow, I love it! A perfect blend of rustic and contemporary!
Totally! Thanks for watching Jan

how big is the house? Not sure you can build it with $700k.
Seriously needs landscaping.
I love the houses they build in kansas with the walkout basements. They don't build basements here in tn for some reason.

Someone bought it already! wow that's a lot of money for that house
Needs more gray and white
That is the smallest front door for almost a 3 million dollar house that I have ever seen.
We can always negotiate for a bigger door if that’s a deal break for you Michelle. Thanks for watching :)

That was 17 years ago! Price of lumber is a lot more than back then!
how big is this house?
And a dozen eggs was about a dollar back in 2005 lol
The house is not $2.75 million. How much land is it on?
Nice....The kitchen sink needs to be under window....

Totally understand, everyone has their preference! We can throw up a wall or two to close things off 😊
🥰🥰🥰
😊😊
The only way you're getting to Nashville in 30 minutes is if you leave at 2 a.m.
Hahahaha! Thanks for watching David
Your joking right - $2,750,000🤷♀️

Vernette ! Exactly ! Just my opinion it’s called “Greedy “.
For that price you could be close to the beach I would not pay that price to live in Franklin its not that great
I would not pay that price ever!
Way overpriced!!!
What a rip off!

You’re spot on! Increasing costs, inflation, supply, and demand are what drive everything. But, everything is negotiable :) Thanks for watching!
depends on how big is the house. $300 per square feet for this house?
Over priced for sure
