    Love watching this level of table control because this is what we local bar players aspire too. That was some great play by both Chris and Tyler, a very enjoyable match to watch and learn from...thanks.

    I've got a problem with the camera angles. Most decent players can pot balls, what these guys do so well is positional play so I want to see where the white goes not some ball rolling into a pocket while the white goes off screen.

    @MSB-HETTY 5 місяців тому +1

    A professional tournament with these size pockets is a joke. You can nearly pocket two balls side by side in the same pocket, for this level of players has made the break and run to easy and made the game more about the break rather than testing the players precision and accuracy with the cue ball.

      Spot on said exactly the same,can’t believe only you/me have said anything it’s unbelievable how you can actually miss.I would give these pros a good game with these pockets like buckets.

    This win for Chris should bring up the snooker players v pool players debate again.

    • @yoiink
      @yoiink 5 місяців тому +1

      I won't debate it but I will say this, a top 50 snooker player can win a pool world championship but a top 10 pool player cannot possibly ever win the world snooker championship !

    • @seanscanlon9067
      @seanscanlon9067 5 місяців тому

      @@yoiink At the very least, a decent snooker player can be competitive at pool and Chris is a former snooker professional who during his career in that sphere has a win over future snooker world champion Luca Brecel.
      He also has a win over Steve Davis at 9-ball 2001 WPA World Nine-ball Championship but would have been unlikely to beat him at snooker when being able to compare their peak years.

    • @chrislaw4189
      @chrislaw4189 5 місяців тому +4

      While Chris has been a snooker professional in the past, he originally came from a pool background, he won the English 8 ball world championship twice before he became a snooker professional, and I think he never made the top 75 in the snooker rankings. So its not really true to say he is a snooker player winning pool tournaments - he was always better at pool.
