(2) dealer plays / se tree hand before player banker.

She did only pay him 3x on that first one, but the next one she paid him 4x. It looked like 3x but she gave him 3stacks of $20 (4 $5 chips in each stack)
Flush is 3:1 straights are 2:1 I think 4 of a kind is 4:1 and full house is 5:1(?)

It’s the same everywhere. Another benefit to banking, which you don’t see here, is that it’s 5% commission on the net win, if there is a win. This cuts down the HE. If you’re curious what this means, WoOdds explains it. There’s still a HE, just less. Think of it as cheaper gambling.
