Sounds like a cost effective option. Sometimes I miss the snow. But a few times a year I can see it in the nearby mountains and go there if I am willing to fight the crowds and traffic. No thanks. Have fun for me!!
I am looking for a year in review update as well. Liked the way you installed them, however my question is do you have any issues with water coming down the window to the inside of the door? I ride often with my knee against the door. Thanks for your other X3 related videos. I installed the roof rack after watching your video.
We have not had water coming down in a bad way. That being said we have not used them in high water situations. With snow we just brush it off and it has been cold enough it didn’t melt inside. Storing it in our enclosed trailer during the hot summer the sticky part of the Velcro came off from the door so we need to get a new strip. I hope this helps. We really need the lower door inserts now we have the soft upper doors.
@@JauntJunkies Thanks for your feedback. We have a set that I installed yet. We run colder weather here but still lots of water holes. Should be an awesome addition once things freeze, I expect the cab to be warm.
How has the bottom velco placement been working? Our kit arrives tomorrow and I am strongly considering installing the velcro the same way. Just hoping for an update. Thanks for tue video!
Great idea with putting the Velcro inside. I was looking at these but didn't want in on the outside. How has it held up and worked being almost a year now?
I think they are great. I do not think you can beat the price either. Most products similar are an entire cab kit. I like these because as soon as summer hits I can remove them easily. The zipper and fabric feel really good. Thanks for watching.
Just an FYI, get a candle and rub the shit out of your zippers with it. Also, get a golf cart heater they attached to a little propane bottle that goes right in a cup holder and they work great but make sure it's a golf cart heater because they don't have the safety for when you are bouncing around and it won't go out.
Plastic will freeze then it will brake. Give it time, and where's the bottom door enclosure??? Doesn't make sense not having it if you're gonna have a windshield and plastic windows. 😂
Thnks guys, just bought those for our x3 getting ready to put them on, video was golden! Thnk you!😅🤟🤟🤟

Perfect timing. I am looking at these now Thanks for making this video

Thanks for watching. We do still enjoy the snow. Most cab kits cost upwards of $1000.

@@stevenmclelan5373 let us know how it goes. We don’t do much water holes so 🤞you don’t get water intrusion.

On the passenger door it is still good. On the driver door it peeled off. I think it is from the heat in our enclosed trailer this summer.

Worked well but in hot trailer the Velcro on drivers door peeled up a bit.
Nice rig where did your order that top luggage carrier
Rocky Mountain ATV if I remember correctly.

Did you cut a slot in the vinyl where the door tab is so it would slide in to attach to the Velcro
No we did not.
@@JauntJunkies Thanks
Have you had any issues with the windshield fogging up?
More icing over or getting too much snow on it that we have to stop and clean it off.
Looking at a set for my rzr would you recommend this product. Great video.

Nice video, after watching I ordered a set for my X3. They were even on sale for $178 plus free shipping. So thanks for doing the review

We have put on bottoms now as well.
Don't worry about it. It's not yours
