To start off this series, I’ve decided to introduce my favorite tableware in episode one. Year after year, I've enjoyed cooking and eating at home. I LOVE all of your kitchen selections. I really want to get two or three of those trays
My taste has changed throughout the decades, but I have kept many of my older items and added new. I have some Asian inspired pottery teacups that were made by a local artist. As well as some pottery mugs from another potter. I like my plain white set of dishes from William Sonoma, as white dishes let the food showcase itself. I use a set of French coffee bowls that I like to use for oatmeal, fruit etc. I also use some small and medium size rectangular plates for sushi and for many other uses.

Hi Si, beautiful plates and bowels. Are they discwasher save ?
The bowls are okay, but I tend to hand wash most of them. Because they are made with natural materials. 😊
Why not enjoy lovely things every day. I like fancy old thrift-shop glassware. And hand-painted dishes. Use what you love. Don't save it for someday.
