Could you do a long take from Kugahara Station to Ikegami Honmon-ji? Thank you for your videos, taking long walks through Tokyo was one of my favorite things and I get to relive that through your videos.
So many streets and alleys to explore. I walked from Shibuya to Daikanyama in 2014 but would like to explorer there area more. Daikanyama is such a laid back area and very different from nearby Shibuya.
Because Japan is pressed for space, my guess is that zoning regulations are not as strict when it comes to what can be built next to each other. I see multi use dwelling next to, and over, small businesses, with no walkway between the buildings to speak of. Walking transversely to the rows of shops must be done at the ends of the block, where a street intersects. The architecture and signage make for an interesting viewing, along with the locals and their attire. A little bit disconcerting is the amount of graffiti, starting at 3:53. As always, thanks Wandering for the journey.
時がゆっくり流れているような、こんな動画いいですね。
