Maybe u should think about challenging yourself and try to build in various types of styles, i belive it could help you get better at building interiors +more. You have a very good sytle and it matches my likings but at the same time it would be very entertaning to see you challenge yourself, hope this message can get to you :D
Tip for the pop-out (so you can put walltrims), use a normal wall and resize an opening to the size of the pop-out. plus using the opening makes it possible to put curtains on it (same concept as his previous custom windows, just used for a pop-out pretty much)
i love the little details in the build but for the 24 hour house you should probably go for a theme for each bedroom to make it have more personality but love the house

the 'upstairs foyer' is actually called a landing :) if it doesnt have much going on, but if it has a seating area then usually called a bonus room :)
