Using Fubo now and there is a noticeable difference in user experience depending on the platform you are streaming with. The Apple 4k is far better then the built in OS on my Samsung TV. The Apple 4k loads and swapping channels is instant while the Roku and Samsung seem to have hesitation and delays. Plus the multi view is great on the Apple 4k.
I actually like the Fubo UI and DVR better, but not having the Turner networks is a deal killer for me. Without those channels you are missing a LOT of MLB, NHL and NBA regular season and playoff games, including the Stanley Cup finals. They may be the best for sports OTHER THAN the three I mentioned above, but for the time being, UA-cam tv has MUCH BETTER American sports coverage.
Fubo's UI is similar to cable/sat providers, so can completely understand how that could be preferred. The Turner networks is a big deal for national sports for sure. For me that wasn't important because 1) the NBA stole the Sonics from Seattle and 2) Seattle hasn't had a team in the playoffs (Seahawks excluded) in years :-(.

I was on UA-cam TV for a year when they announced we would lose NBC channels, which was the big enough push to try out Fubo TV. Luckily NBC was only gone for a few days, but the damage was done and I went to Fubo and stayed since they have my regional sports.

Unfortunately, none of these steaming service have all the channels so you have to decide which is more important. Fubo doesn't have TNT/TBS so if NBA is your priority Fubo probably isn't the best option. For me it was easy, I needed Root Sports NW and Fubo is the only streaming service with it. Pac 12 is on Fubo and not UA-cam as well.
US TV Now is most likely your only option overseas. They do technically offer "local channels" but it's based in Eastern PA so it's Philly/DMV area of "locals".
Fubo will only let you stream to one Apple TV at a time, even if you have 10 streams available from them. They only allow one. UA-cam will let you use up to three Apple TV's simultaneously.
Don't even try to contact fubo TV. They have the worst customer service in the world. And yes, they will limit your devices even if they are under the same roof. If you have two different wifi routers, fubo will not let you stream at the same time.

Stability wise Fubo TV is fine. The quality of the apps (xbox, apple TV, mobile) and overall interface are not as good as UA-cam TV but I have to watch the Mariners.
How do you get HBO Max on FuboTV? I can’t get it. I prefer FuboTV’s DVR to UA-cam TV’s. It is sometimes hard to find a new program on UA-cam TV because they get lost in the reruns. FuboTV only has the new ones if that’s what you requested. You ignored that UA-cam TV has PBS and FuboTV doesn’t. I have used both services, and I think that some people who rely on your video to choose between the two services may be disappointed. Your experience was not the same as mine.
What channels you want is one of the most important factors in deciding. I always recommend to check your what's offered in your area before deciding. Overall from a UX and fit and finish perspective I stand by my choice, UA-cam TV is overall better but if it doesn't have the channels you like then use another service.

The fact that prices for cable, satellite, and streaming is just ridiculous. I hate TV now days. Everything is a different price. I would be ok with 20 channels and a medium fast internet. I am cutting the cord on DirecTV and all this crap gives me a headache. I have ordered 3 antennas, and 3 Amazon fire sticks. On Social Security this is my entertainment. I hated getting nickel and dimed by both DirecTV and Dish for every box I had even if I didn't use them. Then they raise the price after 1-2 years. I got tired of having to call them every year to get a better deal, it's a poor customer experience. I'm much happier paying for online TV service that don't have year long contracts so I can get one for a month and binge what I need, then cancel.
You might want to try Frndly. They have a pretty good channel lineup. No local channels but you can get those with an antenna. They don't have sports either, but their highest tier is only $10.99/month.
It's sad that DirecTV stream is the only provider that provides local Arizona FOX sports channel I know it's a different name now but that's what it used to be called Hulu doesn't provide it UA-cam TV doesn't provide it and either this football TV.

I just recently switched to UA-cam tv after getting rid of directv satellite. I will not pay for a satellite service that charges me twice as much when I can get youtube tv streaming with the same channels for half the price. I looked at fubo but there was some channels missing that are on UA-cam tv and still the same price so it was a no brainer. The UA-cam tv dvr is actually quite easy to use. The only thing is if you delete a recording, the only recordings from the same channel will be deleted too. This is something I will just have to accept unless someone can tell me how to work with that. But I am happy with UA-cam tv. The only other small issue is that you have to do a lot of scrolling to get to different channels and you can't just type in a channel number. But again this is a smart issue that I can live with.
yeah the channel switching on online services can definitely be improved. Most non-TV remotes (like apple TV, xbox, Roku, etc) don't include numbers so you can't use that. But maybe a quick grid of just the channels (with network logo + small preview of what's on) where you can quickly navigate to channels would improve things.
Having a Roku, I couldn't get You Tube TV for the longest time, and did Fubo instead. When Roku finally got You Tube TV, I switched and seem to enjoy it a lot better.
I tried UA-cam tv the app sucks I use Nvidia Shield many times when I started the app it froze had to reboot and if you're watching a show and you want to see what else is on you scroll down if you want to remain on that channel you have to scroll back to the top and select it and no cooking channel destination America or Magnolia, I went with Sling blue plus the $21.00 add on $59.36.
That's a bummer since I assume Nvidia Shield is Android based. Using new or less popular streaming devices can run into app quality issues as app developers have to prioritize where they spend time/resources which means most is used on the most popular platform like AppleTV and Chromecast.

Tired of Xfinity TV. Time to do something. We have a winter home in Surprise, AZ. Our prime residence is in Puyallup. Mariners, PAC-12 & Gonzaga on ROOT, convinced me on FUBO. My question is… AZ FUBO, I’m assuming will have PAC-12, but will it have ROOT? My guess is no ?
Even with the higher prices they are still cheaper than traditional service like DirecTv, Dish & cable after the initial 1-2 year discount. Support for mobile devices is much better with services like UA-cam TV & Fubo TV as well.

I built both enterprise and consumer apps on iOS and Android over the last ten years. I prefer iOS and in my experience apps are typically better on their platform. But you are correct I didn’t test on Android and can’t talk about it’s experiences. But in general Android has solid app experience.
My Sony Google TV says "Fubo is not available on this device." I'd have to connect through my Roku. Seems like a cheesy arrangement for something that would cost over $100 a month.

Last night I watched Xavier and Ohio State basketball. This Saturday I'll watch the Vikings visit The Jungle. Come Spring I'll be switching to Fubo because I can get Bally Sports Ohio and watch every Cincy Reds game. Don't buy into hype. Get what you'll watch.

Yeah I've noticed the same thing with Fubo from platform to platform, but the multiview is awesome. UA-camTV has better consistency across platforms.

If the device you are watching on doesn't support 4K the video quality will be downscaled to fit the resolution of the device/monitor.
