Thanks for watching! The flow at rest has 0 flow as well. The reversal becomes more evident during valsalva maneuver. It is more clear when you perform it in real time.
How would you do Doppler ultrasound after varicocele surgery when veins isn't shrunk but non functional after ligation... Can it differentiate between actual varicocele veins that is before surgery and non functional ligated varicocele veins after surgery?
After ligation, the key difference is that no blood flow should be detected in the previously ligated veins when assessed by Doppler. After a successful surgery, there should be no reflux during the Valsalva maneuver, which is a sign that the veins are no longer functioning or contributing to the varicocele.

@@DrSamsImagingLibrary well, i did Doppler it shows no recurrence but 2 to 3 cc mild hydrocele, what to do now?
Sir if valsalva maneuver is not performed properly tge grade 2 vericocele is non detectable?? Or reflux will not be visible?
