The Tree Saw is a total game changer!!! What do you think? Chainsaw or Tree Saw?!? For More Videos Click Here ===>>>>> www.youtube.com/@JoeTheFarmer?sub_confirmation=1
You can for sure. But trees and brush grow back. You could also make money charging others for work with this thing. It’s not mine, but sure wish it was!
@@JoeTheFarmer it’s a Dougherty Forestry Products Turbosaw LT3200 w/pusher. That has a depth of cut of 10”. When I’m cutting really large trees I just face cut with a chain saw about a foot and a half above ground and then finish the back cut with the LT3200 pushing the tree where I want it to go. Then deal with the stump when the tree is down it’s safer that way. Anything that is under 18” I just use the tractor saw on both face and back cuts if size requires it. I will have to admit that to do own a JD 550H LGP dozer too so anything that is larger that 16”-18” I generally just push it out any way. The thing that I love about the tree saw though is that it’s super non-invasive on the ground…… unlike the dozer can be…. And doesn’t tear up the ground in steep areas..
@genewilliams7497 that’s a great tip on the face cut. I would love to spend more time with that tree saw. I think it would open up that ground without tearing it up. Maybe Tony will let me borrow it! Lol
@@JoeTheFarmer I’m down in Jackson Tn. Pop in sometime and pick up my tree cutter and carry it back and use for a few weeks or so! More than welcome too!
That is a vicious piece of equipment, Joe. That would definitely be a nice piece to have around on the farm. Great video. Thanks for sharing and have a great weekend!!
If you are getting off the tractor, you are wasting time and exposing yourself to danger. I see real value in this type of equipment for the right farm.
Yessir. It was REALLY impressive. All I could think of is how many chains I would go through on my chainsaw to do that work. It was very productive. Thanks for watching!
I wish buddy. But you never know! It is unbelievable. We didn't have a ton of time to film; but in 30 minutes we cut down about 10 trees without breaking a sweat! Boy do I love equipment. :)
are you kidding! that thing is barely more than a glorified brush cutter. not much use anywhere except on flat ground and only if you're cutting saplings.
I never said you can't have an opinion Craig. I said it's "hard to have an opinion on it"...it's a unique tool. After personally using it; I disagree with you...I think it's awesome. It's ok to disagree brother. I am no authority or expert...but I think it's way better than putting my chainsaw in the dirt all day. Have a great day...
I’ve owned on of these for 5 years now… and it is a game changer BIGTIME! I have a different brand and cut trees up to 24 inches all the time. Probably the most useful implement I own. It’s great for clearing trees and brush away from my fence lines.

I can buy a bunch of chainsaws and hire helpers for a lot less money than what this thing costs. Probably clear much faster.

Good work you two!
Thanks buddy. Crazy good tool. I want one!!!
Yesss, work smarter, not harder. That can truly let you cultivate areas in less time.
Absolutely! This thing makes it easy. Love innovation that saves our backs.
Costly, but well worth the money invested in it!!! 👍👍🔥🔥🔥. I’ve owned one for years and love it. Actually gonna use mine this afternoon.
Nice!!! Would love to see some pics Gene. And is it a Baumalight?

I think that is a great way to put it. It is vicious. And surgically violent. I love it! Lol. Enjoy your weekend too sir!

I agree. For miles of fence line like we have it could really be useful.
Man O man, appreciate your sharing this machinery. Exterminator for a tractor. Main thing that I see, gotta be safe.
Thanks for watching!
Woo Hoo! Now we're talking!! Love cool new implements like that one!! Nice work fellas! No excuses! :0
You know it! Thanks for watching Kap.
We need to share one these attachments between your middle TN location and our Oneida location! Tim
Ha! Absolutely! Unfortunately Tony took it home with him. We can dream brother. That thing was insanely productive!
Nice. Can clear a lot of trees in a hurry with that. 👍

@JoeTheFarmer another beautiful weekend coming up.
@mileshiles1287 absolutely. Nothing beats a TN spring or fall.

🤦🏻♂️. Agree to disagree friend. But if you haven’t use one, hard to have an opinion on it.
@@JoeTheFarmer so if I haven't used one I can't have an opinion? I've never given birth before but I bet it hurts.
