Is it every oil olive? Or Does it have to be Olive oil that comes from Olive tree in Palestine ?

@@AlMulk21 A raqi said that you should use olive oil from Sham, e.g. Palestine because it is a blessed land. Therefore, the olive oil is blessed, and in shā Allāh, it will be more effective.
