I’m reading This Mortal Coil right now and I’m loving it. It’s very science-y and lots of explaining genetics and their genetic technology but it’s still easy to understand. That main character is a talented hacker but she’s not obnoxious. I’m really enjoying the action and the twists are great! I hope you pick it up soon and like it!
Did you ever get to the bottom of the marshmallow mystery? In all fairness, marshmallows are pretty damn good, so it could have been anyone :D Ahhh, the rainbow box is so cool. I love Magnus Bane as an LGBTQIA character because he's a badass character to begin with, regardless of his sexuality. It just adds an extra dimension to him and brings him to life even more.

Furyborn was incredible! Don’t worry no spoilers! However I did find that Rielles POV was unnecessary. Because you also read from a thousand years in the future you already know the ‘legend of rielle’ and which queen she is. So rielle learning this seemed unneeded. Also the prologue tells you what happens 4ish years in the future of Rielle so you already know where her plot line is going so it was pointless reading her journey. HOWEVER, I did really love it.
I LOVE this YA Chronicles theme! I'm assuming Renegades has LGBT+ characters in it since it was included with the box, which I had no idea about, so it definitely just jumped a little higher on my tbr.
I didn't know Marissa Meyer's new book had LGBTQ+ characters, I mean I know that one of the characters has two dads but if that's the only representation then that's kind of disappointing.

Apparently it is. But it is the start of a new trilogy, so perhaps there will be more. I dunno. I hear they're good characters at least.
