Legend has it if you are in Japan and a young lady wearing a mask with a sharp object like sisors walked up to you and says "am I pretty?" Say yes and then she will remove her mask and ask again if you show fear she will kill you in your sleep if you show no fear she will cut you ear to war just like her if you say she's not pretty you'll be stabbed or say "I don't have time for this." she will say "I'm sorry" and walk away. If you say "maybe" kuchisake-onna will get confused and you will have enough time to run away. I've read her story a long time ago. Your answers to her questions are different from what I've read. Firstly, if you are in Japan and weirdly there's no one around where you're at, you will encountet Kuchisake-Onna. She will ask you first "Am I pretty?" If you answer NO. She will stab you with her giant scissors. If you answer YES. She will remove her face mask and she will ask you again the same question. If you answer NO, you'll get stabbed. If you answer YES, she will slice your mouth, ear-to-ear just like hers. Apparently, the only way to get out of this situation is to give her vauge or unclear answers like "Maybe" or something else. This way, she'll get confused and will give you enough time to run away as fast as you can to find other places with many people.
For who don't know Japan's;the girl is using a covid mask, she come on night and ask you "Am I beautiful?" You say yes because she is so beautiful and girl take of her mask and the scary big smile on his face but not a smile this is a slash and she says "with like this?" If you say true (no) she will do you gojo and you will die if you say yes then she to same to you,if you with group the little chance of she come, the escape way is do not look her eyes and say "i have to go" or something like that then she is let you go,if you try to run she is teleport or come to you so fast Pls give a like i am bored
For people who don't know who kuchisake-onna is. the Slit-Mouthed Woman, more commonly known as Kuchisake-onna. This popular and ancient urban legend originates in Japan, during the Heian period (roughly 1200-800 years ago). Japan is known for its number of frightening ghost stories, with this one in particular being beyond chilling. The legend commences with a stunning woman, who was married to a samurai. But beware, looks can be deceiving-she was very vain and one day, went as far as cheating on her Samurai husband. When he found out about the affair, he grew very enraged and slit her mouth from ear to ear, giving her a Glasgow smile (which is a smile caused by wounds cutting from ear to ear). Following this savage action, he asked, “Who will think you’re pretty now?” Although the original tale is a cautionary one to remind people to stay faithful, the story takes a gruesome turn. In 2007, a coroner found records of similar shocking cases during the time of day that the story takes place, the nighttime. The records showed that many children had died at night, rumouring sightings of a woman with similar features were at the time and place of their deaths, giving a frightful realistic twist to the legend. This apparent phenomenon can be explained:a woman wearing a surgical mask or mask of some sort who would approach people (usually children) at night and ask them, “Am I pretty?” If they said no, she would slash their faces with a pair of scissors, giving them a similar Glasgow smile. However, if they said yes, she would reveal her face and ask again. If this time, they said “no”, she would slash their faces regardless Even if they still said yes, she would follow them home and still brutally kill them. Many people believe the only way to break this pattern, is to confuse her by answering with either “you’re okay” or “so-so”, not providing a definite answer. The confusion from these replies would buy the victim enough time to get away. Don't be sacred the probability of you seeing her is extremely low. Yes, I have no idea how I know this.
Let me explain them with all the knowledge I know. Alright so, first Onna was a beautiful young woman and all the men wanted her. She had a husband which she cheated on and the husband found out. He then cut her mouth open with scissors and left her. The legend goes that if you’re walking alone, she’ll come and ask, “Am I pretty?” Don’t say yes or no, because you’ll die either way. Next, the Chupacabra is a monster that lurks near farms or barns to kill sheep. Many people thought it was a wolf, but some “Sightings” have been found. Just a disclaimer, these are *NOT* real.
The story of El Chupacabra There lived a farmer in a small town with his wife and kids, one night they heard noises, they saw *red glowing eyes coming from the forest* They ran into the house, screeching, screaming, and mushy sounds of guts was the only things they could hear meanwhile they were in the house,in the middle of the night the noise stopped.they went outside and saw *animals with their face ripped off* and some *with vampire teeth marks on their neck* They say the same red glowing eyes, everybody in the town grabbed sticks pitch forks and axes to kill El Chupacabra but then they saw it had wings *it flew tree to tree killing people one by one* the towns people left the area and all they could think was what they saw Some questions you may be asking: What does Chupacabra mean?: It means “goat sucker” due to the creature going for goats Is the Chupacabra dead?: People say it’s head was cut off in 2017 Is there more than one Chupacabra?: Most likely.
For those who don’t know who Kuchisake-onna is : She carry’s a mask and scissors or any sharp object she will unlive them or wait till they sleep (Kuchisake is a spirit) For those who don’t know what is a Chupacabra: The chupacabra attacks and drinks the 🩸out of the victim the myth started in 1970 Can we get 20 likes?
@@user-eMmAaAaAnot really the whole story, she goes around asking: “am I beautiful?” And if you say yes, she’ll do the same thing she has on her face, the black long cut on her mouth, which she cuts with a sharp object. If you say no, I think she kills you or does the same thing
As a Puertorican myself, yes the chupacabra is an urban legend that has friten many people but the legend says that he lives in the woods, so many people don't have to worry

i can explain some of Kuchisake-onna, got it off google so dont mind me lmao some of the story (some info): Kuchisake-onna, or "Slit-Mouthed Woman", is a vengeful ghost in Japanese urban legend who haunts Japan and targets children. According to legend, Kuchisake-onna was a woman who was mutilated during her life, with her mouth sliced from ear to ear. In some versions of the story, she was a samurai's wife or mistress who had affairs with other men while her husband was away fighting. As punishment, her husband would have her mouth slit. In the legend, Kuchisake-onna asks potential victims if they think she is attractive. If they say "no", she kills them with her weapon. If they say "yes", she reveals the scars on her mouth. In other versions, she asks children questions, and if they don't answer correctly, they are in danger., (some/ a bit more of info): In Japanese folklore, Kuchisake-onna, or "Slit-Mouthed Woman", is a figure who is said to have been mutilated in life by having her mouth cut from ear to ear. The legend of Kuchisake-onna is thought to have originated in Japan during the Heian period, around 1200-800 years ago, and is a popular figure in modern urban legends.
My wife is half Japanese and Korean. After one of her aunts passed away, we lit a candle to honor her. That night i had a nightmare where it was very vivid. A lady in a dark red kimono that looked like a geisha was standing at the edge of our bed to my left. My wife was laying against the wall to my right. This lady had huge grin with eyes wide starring at my wife. Her upper body was leaning over my legs, trying to get a closer look at my wife. As this is happening she mutters that she is here for my wife, (says her name) I reacted with a," Fuck no, get the fuck out of my house!" As i start to sit up, she turns her head towards me, not blinking and with that grin.. She them yells that fill the room and send a shock wave that throws me back in bed. I began to push myself up, fighting this invisible force saying, "Get out of my home!" I wake myself up withthat same force i had in my dream nearly falling out of bed. After i told my wife what happened she then shows me a picture of her aunt when she was in her 20's. Same..lady..This happened 6 years ago.
Kuchisake-Onna is also known as The slit mouth woman Let me tell you the story: One afternoon in Japan lives a woman named Kuchisake-Onna she was the star model in Japan and she would always ask kids if she was pretty, the kids would always say yes because of how pretty she was. Well it was april fools and she thought to herself "Its april fools why not prank my husband?" She got a mannequin and waited for her husband, as soon as Kuchisake saw her husband she went to the mannequin and started kissing it when the husband entered and saw her he got mad and grabbed a sharp knife and attacked her with it slitted her mouth, her mouth was slitted mouth to ear then the husband said "Whos gonna kiss you now?!" Or "Whos gonna love you now?!" Then the husband went away or something leaving Kuchisake on the floor with her scar bleeding. Then she roams the dark alleyways with a long trench coat and a surgical mask looking for children as prey, if she sees a child walking alone she would always ask "Am i pretty?.." if you say "Yes" she removes her mask and say "Well... Am i pretty now?!" And if you say "Yes" she will say "Do you want to be like me?!" And if you say "No" she will do it either way since you said she was pretty but if you say "no" your dead. But theres ways you can prevent it you can say "So-so" which means your okay or something or "Your fine" she will get confused. Edit: dont question me about how ik this
I’m sorry but it was in old Japan, so April fools didn’t exist. She had an affair with a real person, the first part about her asking if she was pretty didn’t happen yet. Sorry, but this version u talked abt I have never ever heard of
April Fool's wasn't actually a thing in Japan so the husband was actually a Soldier or something like that and after a long day he found out his wife was cheating on him he got so mad that he grabbed his sword and split his wife her mouth and while she was on the floor bleeding the husband said who's going to think you're pretty now and now is the women wearing a jacket and a mask on her face and she will usually wander around and when she see a kid she would say and am I pretty if you say yes she would remove her mask and say and am I pretty now if you still say yes she would grab some scissors out of her pockets and give you the same split mouth as her but if you say no you would just kill the s*** out of you but there is a way to survive if she says if she's pretty just say you you're okay you're fine she'll get confused or you can just put some candy on the floor and I'll give you a lot of time to run away from her
To be saved to kuchisake-onna “Say yes yes yes yes in every question with not stopping so she will be confused” or “Say im busy dont bother me” and leave her so she will think that she bodered you DO NOT LOOK BACK OR RUN”

I'd like to share one of the scary Indian urban legends I've heard and read about. It's called the 'Nale Ba'. In 90's, the city of Bangalore was haunted by a witch/ghost who would knock on the door every night and try to lure men by calling them in the voice of their loved one (mother, sister, wife). If the man opens the door on hearing that voice, he dies within 24 hours. For men's safety, the people of the village came up with an idea to write 'Nale Ba' which means 'Come tomorrow' at the door or wall outside their houses, and the ghost would actually read it, leave and come the next night again. This cycle of come tomorrow continued till the story eventually died. I don't know if it's true or just a myth, but it's just what I've heard and read. It also has a movie called 'Stree' inspired from this story
How to survive Kuchisake onna: When she says “am I beautiful?”just say I don’t have time When she say “am I beautiful “ and u say yes she will take of her mask and ask u again am I beautiful? Realising her scars on her mouth and if u say calmly yes again she will give u a blood stained ruby and vanish
honest opinion, I think Hachishakusama is far more terrifying then Kuchisake-onna, considering shes eight feet tall, skinny as a twig, can mimic the voice of relatives and can lure children and makes the noise popo
I saw a video on that one, I am literally across the pacific ocean from japan, and it still creeped me out. The eariest part about the story I was told, from something scary, was at the end, the girl who escaped the eight foot tall woman, was talking to her grandpa who was about to pass, she was determined to come back to japan to say goodbye, and on the other end of the phone, she heard: "po....... po....... po"

Kuchisake-onna is a fictional character in Japanese folklore. Kuchisake-onna, which translates to "Slit-Mouthed Woman", is a malevolent spirit or onryō of a woman who partially covers her face and carries a sharp object. According to one story, Kuchisake-onna was once a woman who was cut in half through the lips by her husband after he discovered she was having an affair. The pain drove her to commit suicide, and she then set out to make people like her again. chupacabra is not real, but it is a modern myth that continues to be popular in the Americas: The myth The chupacabra is a fanged, blood-sucking beast with glowing red eyes that kills livestock and goats. no isn’t it if you say no she will just straight up kill you and if you say yes she’ll take of her mask and ask again, if you say yes again she’ll slit her mouth so you look like her since you said she was pretty - you can also say maybe, it will make her confused and give you time to run away.

Philipines: Manananggal The manananggal is an old mythical creature in the Philippines that separates from their lower part of body and their fangs and wings give it a vampire-like appearance. The manananggal is said to favor preying on sleeping, pregnant women, using an elongated proboscis-like tongue to suck the hearts of fetuses, or the blood of someone who is sleeping. It also haunts newlyweds or couples in love. Due to being left at the altar, grooms-to-be are one of its main targets.Duwende(Duwarf) It is actually real but you can see it when you have a third eye. Variously rendered in English as "goblins", "pixies", "brownies", "elves", or "leprechauns", the duende use their talents to lure young children to the forest, who lose their way home.
Actually Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia and some other countries that similar and near our tropical climate have this similar just some call different here Malaysia we call penanggal at west side or at east side (sabah sarawak) call balam2 if I not wrong. Most penanggal is two categories whether mystical thing that being keep to practice black magic or a female human itself that practice black magic satanic that want a beautiful face and body both of them maybe similar but actually different. Ik kuchisake-onna, only so let me explain : Kuchisake-onna is a woman from japan, her mouth was cutted. It is quite of interesting, they use a mask to cover their mouth. So they’ll walk up to you and say “Am I beautiful?” Then take off her mask, showing her mouth to you. It also has scissors incase the kuchisake-onna will cut your mouth if you say, yes or no. When you said yes she’ll cut her mouth so you’ll become like her. When you said no she’ll cut her mouth so you’ll become like her When you want to survive say things like “I don’t know” Some things like that except “Yeah”, “No”, “Yes”, “Nope”.

I live in Australia, and im aboriginal, so I get told a lot of dreamtime stores, but one of them just sticks out to me So my parents told me this when we went to a lake in uluru or somewhere around there: So once there was a little aboriginal girl who went here every day and she would always break the trees, kill the fish, and just disrespect the place. Now, if u have ever heard of the rainbow snake, it doesn't like humans disrespecting nature, so she kept doing that every day, even when people told her not to. The snake came out one day and ate her alive. Now, ik this sounds fake, but there is a rainbow on the rock made by ochar, but nobody ever made it. It's like painted it on there. Idk, it kinda sounds real, but again, I have been told these since I can remember.

He stabbed the man to death and then walked up to his wife and said "do you like to be pretty?! Kuchisake-onna did not respond and he cut her ear to ear.
(Sorry if I didn't get all of it I'm using what I know so far)

It's really interesting 😃
I've read her story a long time ago. Your answers to her questions are different from what I've read.
Firstly, if you are in Japan and weirdly there's no one around where you're at, you will encountet Kuchisake-Onna.
She will ask you first "Am I pretty?"
If you answer NO.
The husband actually said "who will find you pretty now?" Which lead to her asking to people if she is pretty without the mask

She's beautiful😊
Tbh she looks pretty ❤
@@cwutecor3 true
Another way to confuse her is to ask her if she wants a sweet. It’s also pronounced “Kuchisaki on na” translating to slit mouthed woman.
Salute for this guy
Let me explain them with all the knowledge I know.
Alright so, first Onna was a beautiful young woman and all the men wanted her. She had a husband which she cheated on and the husband found out. He then cut her mouth open with scissors and left her. The legend goes that if you’re walking alone, she’ll come and ask, “Am I pretty?” Don’t say yes or no, because you’ll die either way.
Next, the Chupacabra is a monster that lurks near farms or barns to kill sheep. Many people thought it was a wolf, but some “Sightings” have been found.

They ran into the house, screeching, screaming, and mushy sounds of guts was the only things they could hear meanwhile they were in the house,in the middle of the night the noise stopped.they went outside and saw *animals with their face ripped off* and some *with vampire teeth marks on their neck*
They say the same red glowing eyes, everybody in the town grabbed sticks pitch forks and axes to kill El Chupacabra but then they saw it had wings *it flew tree to tree killing people one by one* the towns people left the area and all they could think was what they saw

Kuchisake-Onna is also known as The slit mouth woman
Let me tell you the story: One afternoon in Japan lives a woman named Kuchisake-Onna she was the star model in Japan and she would always ask kids if she was pretty, the kids would always say yes because of how pretty she was.
Sorry, but this version u talked abt I have never ever heard of
@-.Ganyu.-Shes a ghost without feeling other than revenge

The pain drove her to commit suicide, and she then set out to make people like her again.
chupacabra is not real, but it is a modern myth that continues to be popular in the Americas:
The myth
The chupacabra is a fanged, blood-sucking beast with glowing red eyes that kills livestock and goats. The name comes from the Spanish words chupar ("to suck") and cabra ("goat").
The spread
The myth has spread quickly across the Americas, thanks in part to the internet and television.
The variations
The chupacabra's image changes to suit its new audience. In some places, it's a mysterious forest predator, while in others it's a media creation.
The hoax
In 2010, dog experts said that a carcass found in Texas was likely a hoax and belonged to a Xoloitzcuintle, or Mexican Hairless dog

First she will ask you if she is pretty or not.if you say no,she will kill you with a pair of big scissors.if you say yes,she will remove her mask and ask the same question.if you say no she will kill you.If you say yes she will cut your mouth the same way her husband did.To avoid all of this when she asks you the first time say ,”sorry I don’t have time” she will apologize and leave you alone.Hope this helped!

Now here's the terrifying part, girl. If you try to make a run for it, Kuchisake-Onna won't just sit back and watch. Oh no, she'll chase you down like a marathon champ, determined to catch you before you reach safety. It's like something out of a horror movie!
But don't lose hope just yet, because we've uncovered a secret escape plan, us smart bitches found a way to escape. Brace yourself for some life-saving info! If you manage to find the courage to utter the magic words, "I have an important event," or even tell her she looks just "average," there might be a tiny chance of survival. You gotta play it smart, honey!

@lesliemariearcilla3236 Not everyone living in japan gets it lol, I lived it Japan when I was a child
Apparently, in Spain (where my family is from) one of the scariest urban legends is "devil worshipping cleaning products"
There's also "Verónica Jaja" which is like the Spanish version of Bloody Mary (?)
Never have I ever heard of these
From Spain ?
kuchisake-onna is actually gorgeous??😭😭
I don't think she's scary 😭
me too
Kuchisake-onna is very precious her face is very interesting, and very CURIOUSSS
Yea she looks beautiful with her mouth, very unique
EXPLAINING THE JAPAN ONE:she is known as the “slit mouth woman” she will ask someone if they think she’s pretty if they say yes she will take off her mask and ask again if you answer with no or yes she will slit ur mouth. Saying no if she asks if she’s pretty to you will give her another kill. This is a famous urban legend that died out in late 2020 tho. I’m bringing it back if people forgot so yea that’s the myth I hope this helps (btw if you find any pics with her hair down that’s fake so-)
Thx alot for the explanation❤
I saw her once... But before she saw me I ran and his behind smt
@nuggets_loverIDK, run?
@nuggets_lover if she sees you and walks up to you, try not to panic. She will ask "am i beautiful" respond "yes" she then takes off her mask and asks again, "am i beautiful now?" If you respond yes, she will slit your mouth ear to ear to match her, respond no, she will stab you to death, respond mabye, she will bscome confused, giving you time to run away, respond with, "i dont have time for thie" she will apologize and walk away, making that your best bet of survival
no isn’t it if you say no she will just straight up kill you and if you say yes she’ll take of her mask and ask again, if you say yes again she’ll slit her mouth so you look like her since you said she was pretty - you can also say maybe, it will make her confused and give you time to run away.
Japan also has, the red room the 8 ft tall girl (Forgot how to spell her name)
Their is a game called mimic in roblox and it is about a tall women
Yea the mimic
@@rox2980 yes. No it's not about that. The origin story goes:
A girl is playing outside of the her grandparents house and she hears a po,po,po noise. She gets scared tells her grandparents and her grandparents are freaking out and they have been prepared for this moment. They say go in a room and don't speak. Don't open the door don't do anything till 7:00 AM sharp. She hears Po-po-po getting louder she's scared. She hears her grandparents call out from her door. You can come out now! She knows not to answer. 7:00 AM hits and she can successfully leave her room!

If y’all don’t know the story of Kuchisake onna
So a woman from Japan she was the most beautiful woman in the world most of the boys from her town will ask if they could be their husband she will say no because she only loves strong men one day man fell in love with her and she did too when Kuchisake onna saw a man she fell in love with Another man the man loved her and one day a man asked Kuchisake’s first husband and said there’s a beautiful woman with another man he showed him the house. Only to see his house saying “But this is my house” in Japanese when he opened the house he saw Kuchisake and the man together. The man killed the man she was with leaving her and the husband in the house he grabbed her from the back and said “do you really love me” cutting a slit in her mouth and Kuchisake screamed loudly. Now she looks for victims if she asks you say “I don’t have much time” and she will back up
Philipines:
Manananggal
The manananggal is an old mythical creature in the Philippines that separates from their lower part of body and their fangs and wings give it a vampire-like appearance. The manananggal is said to favor preying on sleeping, pregnant women, using an elongated proboscis-like tongue to suck the hearts of fetuses, or the blood of someone who is sleeping. It also haunts newlyweds or couples in love. Due to being left at the altar, grooms-to-be are one of its main targets.Duwende(Duwarf)
It is actually real but you can see it when you have a third eye. Variously rendered in English as "goblins", "pixies", "brownies", "elves", or "leprechauns", the duende use their talents to lure young children to the forest, who lose their way home.
I phillipines to
@@victorialaborlaman3443 same
Actually Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia and some other countries that similar and near our tropical climate have this similar just some call different here Malaysia we call penanggal at west side or at east side (sabah sarawak) call balam2 if I not wrong. Most penanggal is two categories whether mystical thing that being keep to practice black magic or a female human itself that practice black magic satanic that want a beautiful face and body both of them maybe similar but actually different. Also they favourite most women that give birth to baby fresh blood with umbilical cord, that why old people house they will put a cactus like tree or a bord with nail under or around the house when pregnant women give birth.

Ik kuchisake-onna, only so let me explain :
Kuchisake-onna is a woman from japan, her mouth was cutted.
When you said no she’ll cut her mouth so you’ll become like her
When you want to survive say things like “I don’t know” Some things like that except “Yeah”, “No”, “Yes”, “Nope”.
When you realize Kuchisake-onna is like Obanai:
*Shi--* 🔪
I remember writing a cringey story and making a cringey drawing for Kuchisake-Onna. I thought the drawing was so good, but there's so much pink in it- 💀
Bro💀
I live in Australia, and im aboriginal, so I get told a lot of dreamtime stores, but one of them just sticks out to me
So my parents told me this when we went to a lake in uluru or somewhere around there:
So once there was a little aboriginal girl who went here every day and she would always break the trees, kill the fish, and just disrespect the place. Idk, it kinda sounds real, but again, I have been told these since I can remember.
it’s said that if you tell kuchisake onna she is “average” she won’t be a threat to you
I have actually encountered Kuchisake-onna. 50 likes for a story time❤️
Damn bro are u ok
I'm from Puerto Rico and even tho I don't believe in legends, there have been cases where people called and farm Animas are killed by other animals just for sport. They don't even eat them
Most likely competition
@@manofmemes7315 naw like killed by other animals just randomly out of the blue

Dont forget teke teke too (not sure if its japanese)
Actually kuchisake-onna is a spirit in Japan and it only comes at night if you are walking around at night but if you see her she’ll have a mask and say “am I beautiful?” If you say yes she’ll do the same and cut your mouth to ear but if you say no she’ll cut your head off pls don’t say it’s not true it is but if she asks you is better to say “everyone is beautiful “ and I just woke up bc I thought I was hearing screams from my cousin but she’s not here and JUST THIS POPPED UP ON MY SCREEN 😭😭😭

Whats the story
@@lolecgascon8882 If you wanna know like the story where people meet Kuchisake-Onna it's this
"According to popular legend, she asks potential victims if they think she is beautiful. If they respond with "no", she will kill them with her long medical scissors. If they say "yes", she will reveal that the corners of her mouth are slit from ear to ear, and she will then repeat her question. If the individual responds with "no", she will kill them with her weapon, and if they say "yes", she will cut the corners of their mouth in such a way that resembles her own disfigurement. Methods that can be used to survive an encounter with Kuchisake-onna include answering her question by describing her appearance as "average", or by distracting her with money or hard candies." But, if you want to know her backstory then, just search on Google lol, it's a long story.

I though La Llorona and chupacabra were mexican???
@@evecates2232 la llorona is from Mexico, but the Chupacabra originated from Puerto Rico. I’m guessing it’s a well known creature in Mexico since a lot mistake the Chupacabra as a Mexican myth that’s actually from Puerto Rico
