He runs away so he might meet them 'in the next ecosystem' and if you want to build off the world ending, Tsutako was quite literally the only thing he had left and she died. At the end he points out how hes only a person like them, and all the emotions are emotions he felt while crying since hes dealing with the grief of his sister's death. Im a genius ik;3 Edit: kinda skimming through the song, it fits scarily well actually.
I think it also means about all the good times he had with his sister in the village being merged with his bad experiences, and no longer being able to seperate the two. It could also mean that the memories will stick with him no matter what.
