I have a staples hyken which is a cheaper chair, the mesh has held on for years so I'm hoping if odinlake had any quality control issues earlier on, those are resolved since this is a more expensive chair. Sounds like it was an easy fix for you at least.

I've been saying for years even if you think you don't like office chairs it will save your back whereas most gaming chairs...
Got that exact chair, was great for the first 8 months then mesh started to sag. I use an ergo cushion to fix tht.

Not all office chairs are created equally. Some of them can get really bad and cheap too!
