The same process is made, but you can't deny that more care and attention is taken in high-end watches. Tolerances are higher, fit and finish are better and most high end movements are designed to last for many decades, not a few months like fashion watches.
so all these crappy fashion watches that are sold in department stores for a few hundred quid are made in the same factory as cheap no brand twenty quid watches...

How to apply?
So all i need to make a watch dial is a watch factory? I thought id need something crazy like an exacto and a magnifying glass.
You could do it with a small cnc mill..
I just bought a milling machine for this. Its big enough to cut stainless for cases but small enough for dials.
