Washed out one of those hidden gems I found about ten or 12 years ago? Didn't think any modern music 🎵🎶 could do it for me. But wow!! They got it!

It took me 2 minutes to realize she was playing the bassline. That's dope! Love this album. I discovered Washed out and Ernest by accident.
That one drum sample in Face Up kinda reminds me of that one used in Sunflower from Posty 😁
The whole performance is totally inspriring and relaxing. I was a bit struggeling with problems of my own and others but this session really helped me to focus on myself and not to give anger the permission to get over me. I would really like to let you know that it's not just the melodic music that you send out to us people. There's much more beyond that :) ....thank you Ernest

Love music that proves you can mesmerize with minimalistic sensibilities. Some songs are so busy that you can't touch the artist. This is tangible, emotionally accessible music, dynamic while not being mercilessly verbose and sonically obstructive.
Nothing minimalist about this music ! (if that's what you meant).
There's crazy musical talent in this.
The vocals are crazy, but also the arrangement and mixing, there's compression on drums, there's ethereal effects on the sounds also. These 2 people are very talented musicians and this is top notch writing, producing and performing.

been listening since 2009! thank you for being a part of my life.. musically! I have seen y'all live, twice. back in ATX in 2011(?) where MemoryHouse was the opener and it was raining. The show was at an outdoor venue (Mohawks maybe? I forget). Then again in San Antonio in 2019(?), I am terrible with dates LOL. at both shows I was going through some serious things in my life. Your music has helped me through so much! thanks!
