So when they are running a counter build what do you do?

it doesn't need to be already lost fight, usually I try to outplay them, for example if my enemy swapped to dodge spell on shoes I just use my mobility to kite him to dead. Basically in every matchup this build gives great chance to win

Swap to brawler style curse. Q1 W3 and don’t use your E till they waste their defensives. It’s usually over by the time they realize to use their defensives.
