Fantastic reading!! I just changed my diet. I used to prep and eat my fruit before my meals. With my new diet, I am trying to eat veggies before my meal and my fruit as a dessert but I keep forgetting to prep my fruit and when I finish my meal, I’m full. It’s silly but I’ve kept skipping my fruit intake the past couple of days while before I would have at least one in the morning,afternoon, and evening… and guess what the apple has been my snack. But lately I was too lazy after cooking dinner to get it, so yeah, that really resonated with me. I don’t think I’ll forget now 🤭 Also, I’ve been doing my Yoga most mornings and since last week, I’ve been skipping my meditations; and to be fair, I felt the higher force needed to communicate with me, I generally get a sound in my ear (like interferences 😅 or something) but also I had a headache for 2-3 days, I was too exhausted to get on my cushion and meditate while breathing would have really helped… Last but not least, I’m initially a performer, and I’ve been hidding behind teaching… so thank you for the encouragement, your reading was on spot for me. The apple thing is weird. I bought 4 apples, a different type than my favourites as they didnt have them. I hated the new type - too soft and squishy, so I gave the remaining 3 to my sister. I have also been eating mainly vegetarian food, I am really enjoying the vegan/vegie alternatives...everything else you said was bang on too - thanks
