I have loved Holland Cooper for a number of years now, but I've never purchased anything. I am interested in a few items, but what courier do they use to ship to Toronto, and do you pay the duties and customs online?
They use DHL which is honestly one of my favourite delivery companies. Duties/tax is usually paid online (usually through DHL) once the parcel arrives into Canada❤️ Hope this was helpful!

Thank you for letting us know Sam about the shipping fee that has changed. I am bummed too because I always ordered over 99 pounds to have free shipping to Montreal and now they charge 39 pounds 😢. I though it was an error so I wrote to them. Waiting for confirmation. Even my address doesn’t work anymore. So sad. I just love HC.
