      @PlaZmaRaptor Maybe explain how an exercise can be more effective at changing bloody bone structure than metal braces.

    • @PlaZmaRaptor
      @PlaZmaRaptor 14 днів тому

      @@thepotatogod2951 metal braces don't take account for maxillary and chin recession and instead push back the jaw while straightening the teeth. This doesn't happen with everyone, but happens with a lot of people. For example, my sister has a perfectly fine chin and mxillla and she got braces due to crooked teeth. They extracted her wisdom teeth which are crucial teeth for stability and structure of the jaw and now her chine is more recessed than it used to be. Braces are great in some cases, but orthotropics takes the holistic approach of the whole skull and can affect the entire facial structure, not just the jaw, and it is considered better for you than standard braces. Everyone's experiences are different, so I'm not saying there is an objective answer yet, but this is what I've found out through my research.
      Edit: with regular braces, you also need to wear retainers for life because it doesn't shift the jaw structure correctly but instead pushes the teeth without changing the tooth fiber position. With Biobloc and mewing, no retainer is required and the changes are permanent. Plus, you breathing improves a lot.

    The black pill is broader than just the physical intimacy side of things. It’s basically a pessimistic look at genetics, evolution, and evolutionary psychology. Plus some selective nihilism and anti-social behaviors thrown on top lol. It definitely deserves its place in S-Tier for being very self destructive.
    The Red Pill is also a lot more broad than what you’ve explained here, but I completely understand your characterization of it.
    The Red Pill being the Matrix reference, it’s meant to symbolize harsh truths about reality, seeing things for what they are rather than what others want you to see. If you use this definition, it’s certainly a very useful concept for personal development and growth because you’re looking for truths and answers, but of course you get the bad actors that claim to hold the truth and wisdom when in reality it’s a very narrow band of half truths.
    I think the Red Pill in its purist form is like C-D tier here, since it can be taken to an extreme if focusing too much on “truth” and not enough on “growth”, but it’s very helpful in attempting to peer through the fog and try to see things as objectively as you can. Focusing on nuance and first principles over everything else. But in the internet form, it's like B-A tier because of all of the charlatans and half truths that have zero nuance.

    Mewing isnt just for looks, its the normal tounge position if you have it laying on the bottom, your teeth and your jawline can "shift" places, so maybe you'll need an surgery so you can bite normal again (the tounge may press the bottom teeth forwards and you'll get an "underbite") also you may not be able to pronounce "s" or "c" correctly because your tounge isnt in the right position

    • @PlaZmaRaptor
      @PlaZmaRaptor 15 днів тому

      @thepotatogod2951 it can change it if you are young and your skull and jaw are still growing. I'm an example of that. 2 or 3 years ago, I started lightly mewing at around 14-15 years old because my maxilla and chin were recessed due to nose injuries that prevented nose breathing. I also recently got the Biobloc appliance created by Dr. Mew to correct issues like mine. Now my maxilla and chin are almost back to the normal position. I can also now breathe through my nose much easier than before, it's actually amazing. Over the last few months, the difference is very noticeable. That happens for a lot of people especially if they are younger.
      What you said is definitely correct for people who start in their late teens or when they are adults.

      Are you trying to claim that by performing a light toungue exercise you were able to do something on a scale that not even metal braces that are consistently adjusted can do?
      Not even mentioning that changing the maxilla without surgery is a bloody miracle in medicine, in fact go for it, maybe you'll get a prize.

      @PlaZmaRaptor 14 днів тому +1

      @@thepotatogod2951 I'm not a bot and I'm not arguing. I'm having. A civilized conversation lol.
      Light mewing helped in the beginning but I decided to do the Biobloc appliance to speed up the process. It's based on the same principles as mewing. Medicine changes over time, and that's the cool thing about humans. I was also against orthotropics and mewing until my friend who discovered it 4 years ago told me how I could solve my breathing issues and jaw with it, and it worked. I'm not claiming it works for everyone. It might not work for you, so just take this as an opinion rather than the objective truth. Thanks!

    I have a question, I am doing a workout but I think I am not getting enough calories so I should buy creatine, I am taking whey protein now

      Well what is your dream physique? I will find the BMI of it and see if you need to cut or bulk, to see if you really need more calories. If you do just eat more, you dont need creatine.

      Creatine doesn't have anything to with calories. It just allows for more efficient energy (ATP) production, which allows for you to train harder and put more tension on the target muscle(s). If you're not getting enough calories, the only solution is literally to eat more; you can't supplement your way out of a deficit.
