Absolutely wrong about mewing. It shouldn’t be seen as some exercise or trick to get a better jawline it is a good habit you should be doing everyday like having good posture only for your tongue, because their are so many more Benitez’s than just a good jawline.
Mewing isnt just for looks, its the normal tounge position if you have it laying on the bottom, your teeth and your jawline can "shift" places, so maybe you'll need an surgery so you can bite normal again (the tounge may press the bottom teeth forwards and you'll get an "underbite") also you may not be able to pronounce "s" or "c" correctly because your tounge isnt in the right position

Creatine doesn't have anything to with calories. It just allows for more efficient energy (ATP) production, which allows for you to train harder and put more tension on the target muscle(s). If you're not getting enough calories, the only solution is literally to eat more; you can't supplement your way out of a deficit.

I’ve mewed by habit of working out for roughly 3 years now and I can safely say it doesn’t do anything for your face besides the illusion of a sharper jaw. Good for breathing purposes tho.
