I pushed the black thing into the base all the way!😭 I didn’t realize it till he put the chair on top and saw it was sticking out a bit 🥹

I'm having a hard time with my chair, it doesn't swivel smoothly and it automatically locks when I let my foot off the pedal. Now it pops when the customer is sitting in it, can you help me?
