    Hi!
    Do I need to use a cake pan bigger than the size of the cake when I assemble it? TIA.

      I use 9" round for both. Use cake pan with the top part slightly larger than the bottom (i.e. 2 same pan is stackable, the side of the pan is not straight), this will make it easier to unmould the layered cake.

      我是买烘培专卖店自己包装的, 找 "green bean starch" 或者 "mung bean starch". Hoen Kwee 粉也可以, 只是通常有添加了香精。
