Sega used the wrong version of Shibuya here. The red billboards that say jsrf were in the beta before being removed from the final game, the dog statue was removed in the beta, The gouji statue is only in Rokkaku Dai Heights (It should've been the goddess of the streets that was stolen by Poison jam.)
