Ritz-Carlton Reserve Great Location, food, service all outstanding. Pricey, but worth every penny. We didn't take any of the suggested trips as we thought they were too expensive, and similar could be had cheaper in the vicinity. But we made full use of all the complementary offerings and they were excellent.Thank you Exclusive Travel Reviews

Magnifique. Je connaissais le Sofitel qui est situé juste à côté, à Krabi. Mais je n'avais jamais entendu parler du phulay bay. cet hotel me semble magnifique et très luxe. merci exclusive travel reviews pour cette belle video. Je recommande aussi le anantara mai khao villas à phuket qui est aussi très sympa, avec des villas réparties sur tout le domaine

The staff area all incredibly courteous, their professionalism is on level with the greatest hotels in the world, but there is a closed quarters connection that forms within a resort, and Phulay Bay works this magically.

Me and my cousin were really amazed. Very lovely and friendly staff, absolutely amazing pool with an astonishing view, good food and great rooms. Now cannot imagine something better than Phulay Bay. Thanks.
We agree with you. There is so much positive things to say about the Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve We hope you had the chance to experience the SPA at the hotel, it was definitely a trip on its own.

The staff in the Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve was not only exceptional but incredibly attentive and genuine. Our stay was beyond wonderful and we will 100% return to stay at this property. The breakfast buffet was the best in my experience, the contracted excursions were customized and our guides lovely. The rooms were expansive, clean and comfortable. The grounds were intimate, uncrowded and well maintained. The spa was amazing and the extra amenities left us all wanting more.
We, at Exclusive Travel Reviews, appreciate the reliability of a luxury brand such as the Ritz-Carlton Hotels that we know we can count on to offer consistent and dependable quality in luxury accommodations.
The butler was so nice and talented as we made the most of our time during three-nights stay. The restaurant staffs take care of my children very kindly.
Though I was worried that the complementary island tour was safe enough for small children, my 4 years-old child could join without any problem. Nine and six years-old children enjoyed snorkeling for the first time with kids goggles prepared by the tour. Please bring some snacks for kids.

I had the chance to stay at the phulay bay in krabi (is "a ritz-carlton reserve" a rc hotel, or not?), and I have to admit it was the best hotel for me in Southern Thailand. Great service, amazing food. I won't travel to Thailand anytime soon, but I might reconsider... just to stay again a few nights at the phulay bay :)
