I use to have similar issue figured out root cause with nutritionist help ,food sensitivity and it triggers gut inflammation.Avoid dairy, gulten and processed food also for few months.
I am doing some research on gut health as I have Same bloating issue like you. Couple of changes I did was to start a meal(let’s take lunch) with vegetables(salad) and the protein and fat and last carbs. (If Indian meals where we cannot seperate protien carbs and fat then start your vegetables and then your meal) If you want to have sugars eat it after meal. Breakfast only savory(I do intermittent fasting but if I skip any day I eat savory breakfast and no to sweet breakfast like pancakes or oatmeal or fruits) and 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in glass of water before the meal helps in less absorption of sugars from that meal. All these helped me control my sugar cravings and I don’t feel restrained from any food. Ofcourse workouts atleast 3/week. Also, gut microbiome needs to feed on fiber. Atleast 5 vegetables/fruits a day keeps the gut happy. And the meals I eat similar to yours. thank you for the video.
