I have this set too, I've had it for years and love it. I used to visit the Dapol factory in Wales and always bought more figures. I love Dapol Dr Who figures, there's nothing quite like them. 👍
Absolutely agree mate for years I always wanted to goto London blackpool to check out the drwho exhibition there but sadely by the time I got over 2013 it was gone but I did get to celebrate 50yrs of doctor who and goto the Drwho experience in Cardiff and me and my wife even got a studio tour of drwho so that was pretty awesome, but yeah my first doctor who toys were dapol I love them too 😎👍🏻
@@ryanthecollectorkid The exhibition I visited the most was the one in Llangollen, Wales, it was actually adjoined to the Dapol factory. It was beautiful. I used to go in the week when it was really quiet and a couple of times actually sat in Bessie and looked her over really closely. I was there so often that the staff knew me, it was heaven. It also had a tearoom where the walls were TARDIS roundals and signed by any visiting Dr Who actors. I met Tom Baker there in 2000 it's all gone now but it makes my Dapol collection just a little more special. Wonderful memories! 👍

Im a patreon of Toy Polloi and reached out to him for any ideas on how to fix. He suggested something and it worked and now goes up and down. Will let u know how via PM.
Dapol were going to issue a 6 sided console, however, yes the factory had the fire so that never eventuated.
BTW that's the 2nd release. The first has only a lone boy playing with the set, while the 2nd release has a boy and girl 😀

😂 that’s right it was part of the dapol box you and Andrew got me im such a goose 😂 oh awesome yeah that would be good to get info on how to fix it, yes I noticed the you had the first edition and I had the second edition not much difference just the pictures, it would of been awesome to see the dapol who mobile that was rumored to come out and the six sided console would of been awesome too 😎👍🏻
Hey Ryan lve just got a dapol Tetrap figure along with a few other Co figures..as l don't collect dapol would you like it? Its on its card although the plastic has seen better days.figure in excellent condition .
