Tirtir not only made new shades in 2 months when you made your video about it not being dark enough, but literally treated you so well. Really shows how people should take criticism - appreciation for the one who brought it to your attention so you could fix it. Love them for this. South Korean people are so friendly. I worked with a few at my London office. One in particular, Alex Jin.. was my best friend... always taking me to lunch at Korean eatery and carrying my shopping for me to the station after work. As a native Nigerian, I think they are wonderful people ❤

The color range is so nice! I was able to find a shade for my self and my mom and the undertones were spot on and everything. I appreciate they didn’t just throw some nonsense together
I lived in Korea for 5 years and I had a lot of Black friends (mostly American) who were living and working out there. They had to either buy their makeup online and get it shipped to Korea, or buy it from a US military base. They would have loved this brand if it had been around a decade or so ago.
Just the fact that they were able to increase their shade already shows that Tirtir is a good company. I’d definitely check out get some of their stuff for me and my mom

They've been really spoiling their influencers (gave one a Birkin bag), so of course, all of that comes with an understanding of positive reviews. It may not be stated outright, but who is going to give a brand that flew them to Korea, bought them luxury items, flew first class, etc. a bad review? And just because they spent a lot of money on their big influencers doesn't mean they care about us, the average everyday consumer. That doesn't make sense. She is one of the very few influencers I even bother watching, and I really hope she stays real about her reviews... especially when it comes to this brand because depending on where you look, they have very mixed reviews.
