I am a professional chef and I can speak to this I wish I didn't sign the nondisclosure agreement with the television show Wicked tuna but I did and the same can be said for fresh vs. Farm fish I am a fan of farmed fish because our oceans are polluted they're turning to s*** and if we don't farm fish eventually we will have none. The crowd and anything else being removed from the ocean to feed the farm fish is miniscule compared to the problems that we actually have so please listen to what this man is saying especially in regards to when you go to your del Frisco's and you're very expensive restaurants and you get Japanese Kobe beef. The prices are astronomical and we should not be getting any sort of meat product anywhere but the u.s.a. grass-fed vs. Corn Fred has to deal with the marbling in the steaks and how fat because get I don't eat red meat anymore I don't eat pork anymore but as a chef I still feed it to other people and again what this gentleman says is right on the money right off the money I guess I should say we need to support our Farmers guys they built this freaking country
Why would a "product of USA" be a good thing on a beef? There is a reason why it is illegal to import it to majority of developed nations. US makes a ton of really nice things but healthy and or safe food is not one of them
