Even quicker work around, after you save the live photo, you can then convert it to a video.
Just open up the live photo, click The share button, and then scroll down and click save a video video! Saves you the screen recording step 🥰

To keep the audio of the video, you can screen record "before" you post - click the video to preview and then maximize so you can screen record the entire video without the icons and captions.

You can save it as a "live photo", then go to the photo in your camera roll > save as video :)

What about downloading your own without the watermark? Say I were to create a tiktok account because I wanted to do the Doggy Anthem video on my FB story. I'd only be using TikTok for that purpose then deleting it, I just don't my friends to think that I have to TikTok account.
