it works with Mtn and airtel networks.
sometimes it may bring "external application down" just try again and again.
another thing is that as of now, some features such as death certificate and birth certificate status cannot be checked using this way.
if you visit kololo airstrip for CITIZENSHIP review, they will ask you to get a letter from LC1 chairperson with DISO stamp. the letter must talk about you, your clan and you should include both photocopies of your parents national ids.

No dear, it means they are working on it and it takes around three weeks or less or even more until it's ready so I would advise you to keep checking.
