Yes for sure. I’d put another 1 inch empty as a spare from the water entry to the utility room. Could replace either hot or cold if there ever was an issue. Are your communication pipes for cat six drops to access points for wifi? Or are those just for hardwired computer locations and you’ll run the access points in the ceilings? Nice to have some floor outlets for lamps and such in that big room. Looks good Tom.
I did put an extra conduit in a couple different places ! Our house now we just have a wireless router so just trying to get communication conduits to the furthest points of the house in case I have to put boosters in ! or I could hardwire some stuff if I wanted trying to keep my options open, I ran electrical conduit to the furthest point from the power box so I didn’t have to drill so many two by sixes for the wire 🤣

We are going to go with a vent, free, gas logs and yes, it is crazy. It’s actually pouring down rain again. Can’t catch a break. 🤦🏻♂️
My laser is the best tool I have invested in. It has helped me in so many projects. I bought a green laser unit and it is a game changer! I think the on switch gets bumped in my soft case. Hate that!
