I just heard the woman say that the lot fee was 675.00 a month, with the price of the home and the lot rent why not buy a real home or a condo, Crazy for the lot rent being that high.
@@jamescampbell707 ...most condos also have monthly HOA fees and even some homes can have HOA fees. Homes don't usually include 2 pools along with club house and activities and lawn maintenance
