Return to Dream Land had the best OST in the franchise until Forgotten Land, so the remake decided to top that. Hirokazu Ando and Yuki Shimooka COOKED with the new tunes.

@@ThePokemonKage No, I’m saying Forgotten Land’s is BETTER than Vanilla RtDL’s. From 2011-2022, I felt RtDL had the best OST, then Forgotten Land topped it, so it became my new best. Then the remake brought it in some new tracks that topped THAT. HAL’s composer keep outdoing themselves.
Kirby Superstar is a heavy contender for that title

A stroll on the ocean floor is probably the single most nostalgic track of any video game i've ever played.
Like Galaxy for the Mario series, RTDL was the stepping stone on the Wii that Kirby needed to skyrocket it's franchise into what we know as today

Kirby's Return to Dream Land / Deluxe soundtrack is my personal favourite throughout the Kirby mainline games as a result even this day! The largest Kirby game soundtracks definitely holds the 'standard' for subsequent games even in Kirby and the Forgotten Land

Recently bought the game and 100% it in literally a week and it was not easy but it was very fun especially the true arena. And also the Ost did not dissapoint at all, all the tracks were bangers in my opinion.

You forgor some tracks in white wafers, Aura Area, Chilly Area, and another one I forget the name of but it's in the level with the funny cutter suicide puzzle
asking as someone who hasn't gotten to play the remake yet- what does the mask at around 2:00 do?
None of the masks affect gameplay, they’re just for aesthetic purposes and I think they change the sounds Kirby makes
