It's making me depressed. This is lifting? U must be really depressed 😔 ☹️ to hear anything uplifting in this. I was diagnosed with GAD and clinical depression this isn't doing it for me.

I wasn't saying this song/band itself/themselves are what helped me overcome it (although i do love them to pieces). I was saying that it came out at a time when I was finally feeling myself again after years, and it's a personal anthem of that. I hope you get the help you need x

I think it says more about the state of today's charts than this song. If released at any ooint in the 80s, 90s or early 3000s (ie, pre social media era) it would have been a massive hit.
Sadly most youth in Britain prefer to listen to that grime rubbish like stormzy etc.

this amazing song needs to be a big international top ten hit. ...right now, I mean it. I love the look of this fantastic band the long hair is cool. the song itself is a extremely infectious pop masterpiece with brilliant vocals and a lush undercurrent of hypnotic electronics. this is one of my favorites of 2016!

Met Tom outside YES Manchester 27/11/18 - been my favourite band for nearly two years now, told him that and he stood there and chatted w me for a good 10 minutes, genuinely a nice bloke, who was more than happy to talk to a fan like me quivering at the knees. Made my year, don’t use this channel to post music anymore, as I’ve moved on to Spotify and ITunes (if you’re interested, search Jack Heaton ‘Plastic’ ) but these boys gave me perspective at a difficult time when I first discovered them.
