- J&K CM Designate & National Conference Vice-President Omar Abdullah left his residence to meet Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan. After receiving the letter of support from the Congress, Abdullah intends to go to Raj Bhawan to stake his claim to form the government. The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) on Oct 10 unanimously elected Omar Abdullah as the leader of its Legislative Party.

Hindus must learn a lesson from Muslims in J&K ..look how they unitedly voted for NC, but I don't think all Hindus in Jammu did the same. Even nationwide, time has come now, for us, Hindus, to unite irrespective of castes, class or any other differences and vote for BJP.. this is the only way Bharath can be saved and future of Hindus can be protected. The so called secular parties are all for minorities and they will go to any extent and divide us, Hindus. It is now or never. Let's save our country and our future, Hindus.
Hindus have voted for BJP even though Jammu leadership of BJP is dismal.
This approach won’t be effective, whether united or not. The damage is already done, and focusing on Hindu-Muslim issues won’t solve anything. The real priority should be working towards the state’s development, especially addressing the pressing issue of unemployment in Jammu & Kashmir.
