The reason you don't hear about him getting into endless fights is because he was generally a decent guy and usually didn't punk other wrestlers unless they did something to deserve it.
Haku was/is terrifying. He's the kind of guy you immediately want to be friends with....for one, he's got your back if you're in trouble. More importantly though, you won't be on the wrong side of his wrath!!
According to Mick Foley's autobiography, Vader was one of the most feared wrestlers thanks to his incredibly stiff style. He even said that some wrestlers would skip town if they were on the card with Big Van.
I seen a podcast were Vader was being interviewed and he said Haku you don’t want to piss him off that would be a big mistake and when there was a problem back stage with any wrestlers they would call Haku to handle the situation not in a violent way but handle it look it up on UA-cam
Rick Rude was a tough SOB. A man's man that the lockerroom respected. He'd always back you up if needed yet being a humble honest man. Just have a look at the Montreal Screw Job and see his reaction. Backed Bret Hart all the way.
Lou Theiz ought to get a mention. He was a legit wrestler first and entertainment wrestler second. He worked in the wild, old days where any match could turn shoot. If they got a guy who didn't want to drop a belt, they would book Theiz and he'd either get it the easy way or the hard way.
Reading Cary Elwes book made me feel terrible for Andre. Cary said he'd clearly get upset when people (especially kids) thought he was scary, but he tried to play it off like it didn't bother him that much.
Luna Vachon and Jacqueline is from the streets.. Miss Linda was raised around men who made her tough.. All 3 women would have hurt another female instantly if they felt disrespected..
I remember my Uncle. He wrestled under the independent circuit, as the Golden Falcon. He was told when he come off the ropes Barabas his opponent was going to drop kick him. He did not. The SOB put a boot to his chest. He was out of commission for two weeks, meaning he is losing money. The Promoters would not have him work with that guy again because they believe he was looking for payback.

It's a strange irony that Haku/Meng is almost universally considered the biggest legit badass in wrestling history, but he was mostly a jobber (or at least not booked anything like his real-world reputation would suggest). This was a guy who could probably legit kill every single man in the locker room, at the same time, but he was usually a flunky in groups like the Dungeon of Doom or the Heenan Family. I guess it makes sense that he was never a major champion in promotions like WWF or WCW (he was WWF Tag Champion once with Andre and WCW Hardcore Champion once) because if they'd booked him realistically they'd have had a Bruno Sammartino-esque multi-year reign to book. If Scott Hall had jabbed Meng with the cattle prod, Meng would have grinned at him, grab the prod off him, jabbed _himself_ with it again and then grabbed Hall to shock him too by proxy. And then finished beating the shit outta Kevin Nash.

Good list but I would have included The Iron Sheik. He was a soldier, an Olympic wrestler and the personal bodyguard of the family of the Shah of Iran. He was once asked if in his prime if he could beat Brock Lesnar in a real fight and said he could have broken Lesnar and I believe it. Except for when he fled Iran to avoid being assassinated I don't think he's felt fear towards anyone a day in his life.

Went to a house show with my dad when I was younger (much younger) and Sheamus was facing Cena in the main event of the night. We were front row and Sheamus was beating on Cena right in front of us on the floor. I thought it would be a funny idea to yell at him "Kiss my blarney stone, ya pansy!" Kids, eh? Anyway, he shot me a look that was one of the most terrifying looks anyone has ever given me. If looks could kill, I'd be 6 feet under.

Kantaro Hoshino: former boxer and always had a chip on shoulder. Very close to the (real) yakuza. Kensuke Sasaki: infamous for beating trainees for no reason. One of his notable victims is Togi Makabe. Rusher Kimura: the Japanese version of Haku. Extremely strong and one of the sweetest gentlemen. Tatsuhito Takaiwa: master of botches. He was not allowed to use piledrivers because of his ineptitude. He was infamous for botching a lariat, landing it right on the opponent's throat. His lariat messed up Kohei Sato and Tomoaki Honma's vocal cords. Unlike Minoru Suzuki who is still an easygoing guy outside the dojo, Masakatsu Funaki was infamous for his temper. Funaki often beat the crap out of his trainees in sparring if they withstood longer than he had expected.

Good list but I would have included The Iron Sheik. He was a soldier, an Olympic wrestler and the personal bodyguard of the family of the Shah of Iran. He was once asked if in his prime if he could beat Brock Lesnar in a real fight and said he could have broken Lesnar and I believe it. Except for when he fled Iran to avoid being assassinated I don't think he's felt fear towards anyone a day in his life.
The number of wrestlers from way back in the day, that had shriveled up foreheads from cutting themselves (or someone doing it for them with a sharp stick) once too often, is astounding.

i know that Sheamus isn't a scary guy, I've heard he's super cool. BUT i do have a quick little Sheamus story. Went to a house show with my dad when I was younger (much younger) and Sheamus was facing Cena in the main event of the night. We were front row and Sheamus was beating on Cena right in front of us on the floor. I thought it would be a funny idea to yell at him "Kiss my blarney stone, ya pansy!" Kids, eh? Anyway, he shot me a look that was one of the most terrifying looks anyone has ever given me. If looks could kill, I'd be 6 feet under.

Kantaro Hoshino: former boxer and always had a chip on shoulder. Very close to the (real) yakuza.
Kensuke Sasaki: infamous for beating trainees for no reason. One of his notable victims is Togi Makabe.
Rusher Kimura: the Japanese version of Haku. Extremely strong and one of the sweetest gentlemen.
Tatsuhito Takaiwa: master of botches. He was not allowed to use piledrivers because of his ineptitude. He was infamous for botching a lariat, landing it right on the opponent's throat. His lariat messed up Kohei Sato and Tomoaki Honma's vocal cords.
Unlike Minoru Suzuki who is still an easygoing guy outside the dojo, Masakatsu Funaki was infamous for his temper. Funaki often beat the crap out of his trainees in sparring if they withstood longer than he had expected.
I had heard that about Funaki when he was training guys for Pancrase.
