    thanks, I bought some vintage earrings as a gift for my mum, I love the design but the hooks seem old and manky so i bought some new ones to replace them. thank youu!!

    I’ve actually found with the spring & ball ones it can be much easier to remove those 2 parts and put them back on once you’ve attached the earring, it saves you trying to pull them back enough while also holding the earring and as well as trying to put on whatever, jump ring, beaded piece etc Just don’t drop them! Whoops should of added that to take them off pull them upwards not down to where your opening.
