what happens when u stop 1/2 way through parking - or touch foot brake - or lift finger off park button then repress park button - does it carry on etc

Question, does the wildtrak come with memory seats/key fob memory settings?
@TheKirkingherkin Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it. No, the Wildtrak doesn't get memory seats, but the Ranger Platinum does on the drivers seat.
Can I ask what the minimum space that the Wildtrack will actually parallel park itself? I have seen somewhere that 1.5 times the length of the vehicle is advised, but I imagine there has to be a specific minimum size of space it will allow the system to try to get it in?
that's cool. what happens when the parking space is not sufficient for a reverse parallel parking space. will it tell us during the initial scan that it's not feasible or it will keep trying and fail?
@Harshit Soni It will tell you that the space is too small and can’t fit
Can Ford add this to Everest 2024 Sport through software or does it require more sensors?
@treebs9516 No, it can't be added to any other models unfortunately.
this is a great feature Webby however, it doesn't work in real life. I have have tired this in my wildtrak and by the time I have gone through all the steps involved in setting the park assistant, the motorists behind you want to kill you because it has taken so long.
@JAI Fair comment. I always do it when there’s no traffic around for that very reason

I live in a town where most streets in the cbd are 45 degree rear in angle parking. Will the system still cope with parking at an angle instead of 90 degree perpendicular?

G'day Webby, I note that the Active Park Assist works with the tow ball fitted, however, I'm looking to have the ARB Summit Sahara bar fitted when my vehicle arrives. Any idea if the APA works with the bullbar fitted?
@Tim Shaw Yes, it should still work the same as the sensors will be relocated onto the bull bar
What is the rear and front axel capacity and towing, reason why i ask is I usually go over landing with a caravan trailer
