I may be in the minority, but I really like fortnitemares. I like the zombies mixed in, it’s fun and the loot is great, I also like the glider redeploy. But I hope when the event is over it goes back to how it was before. But for a limited time thing, it’s pretty good. I hate the 25% damage through structures and environment with explosive damage though. That’s so stupid! Remove it pleasseeeee

i like it tbh.. like imagine if ur on the other side of a wall and i hit it with an explosive... material/fragments on the side of the wall ur on will break off and cut u like shrapnel... xD so this actually makes sense...
plus explosives are far more deadly then video games portray... explosives literally will make people run/move/ abandon their location... xb
id argue.. keep it but reduce the ammo count even more..
heres the thing... its not that the explosives are the issue.. rather its the people so use to a certain play style... they've been come so accustomed to it that "change" pisses them off... pros just in general are some of the worst people to accept unpredictable events and changes... it forces u to change and rethink.. re-strategize.. change ur approaches.. etc.. its all about staying in their comfort zone.. this is what people like... anything that opposes that is "shit".. lol
examples:
1) redeploy made the game faster paced... it changed 3rd partying... people dont bother really trying to knock you as much anymore an instead just fly over to physically join the build battle... my build battles no involve multiple people rather then just a 1v1 with 3rd parties taking pop shots from afar... not a single streamer had and issue nor complained when they redeployed on people mid battle and got kills yet complained when it happens to them.. they do it to others just fine butt it best not happen to them... xb
long as its in their favor they dont mind... soon as its reversed they whine...
2)no streamer complained they took advantage of players bogged down by zombies.. yet complained when it happened to them... xb
in fact... they actively put themselves into those position... they rush a person being zombied to death while other players are near by shooting at the player they themselves are rushing... they literally see that this person is at a disadvantage yet willing fly in to kill that player thus now placing themselves in that same situation.... that is NOT the fault of the game... simply poor decision making..

3)RNG of bullets spread... no streamer complained when they killed people over and over.. completely ignored the fact that RNG was on their side and probably not on the side of the people they kill... butt when they get bad RNG and die.. they get upset.. and blame RNG... they werent blaming it nor associate it with the kills they themselves get... xb its hypocritical...
long as its in their favor they dont mind... soon as its reverse they whine...
4)tons of pro's and streamers didnt mind getting 2 grenade launchers and doing the no cool down double nade launcher trick... it was all fun and games...
then when a noob spams a grenade launcher normally (way slower then the double nade launcher swap trick) the streamers get annoyed and upset.. xb

5)most people dont like campers.. its no secret most streamers and players wanted a way to somewhat stop it from happening... now fortnite has given us 2 solutions.. though ones temporary.. thats zombies.. and now the explosive penetration.. a single placed wall will no longer completely negate a explosive..
we ask for shit then get mad cause we dont get it... then we get it and are mad cause we got it... xb
video games updates are often excellent ways to bring out the hypocrisy of its community..
streamers cry cause they say the game makes it more "noob" friendly... that it noobs can now win easier.. really...
that implies that the noobs will not suffer from the same things from other players...
if the game gets more difficult for pros.. it WILL get more difficult for the noobs too.. it goes both ways..
if anything being a pro should mean u adpat it faster and better then most and figure out how to deal with it... butt u know what thats a issue cause like i said earlier... people dont like change... they dont want to adpat how they play... they want others to be force to play their way... as in pros like full control of everything... unpredictable elements are not liked by them... so they redefine what "competitive" play is... xb
definitely not the best player.. butt if this game was about adjusting and adapting and not being overwhelming by unpredictable and uncontrollable elements id be one of the best dang players in fortnite..
lots of these arguments and criticism are purely subjective and actually lack any real objective evidence..
most of it is simply "i dont like it" then they give a reason based off of "feelings"
