- Step by step instructions with measurements on how to make a simple, useful wallet out of duct tape. I have used this kind of wallet for the last 12 years and will probably use a wallet like this for the rest of my life.

This is by far the best design i have seen on the internet, and by far the easiest.
Just like you say, simple, elegant and percise. Sometimes, the stripped down version is more functional than the fancy ones. I am sure my brother will enjoy one like this one.
This is the BEST Tutorial I have ever seen to make a Duct Tape Wallet. This is also the best Duct Tape Wallet design. It works GREAT with the shortened dimensions (shown at the end). Great Video! I made mine with just regular scissors and a desk.

Very cool, made my own wallet using your design. It's amazing, the only thing I added is another strip of duct tape on the very bottom, 7.5 inches long to seal up the bottom edge.
I made this wallet, and transformed one of the card pockets into a coin pocket, works great :)

you can get them from art + craft stores. try looking at Michael's or Joanne's Fabrics
i'm going to try this idea. It seems people find it easy to mod and customize so I'll try this one.

Any craft store will have them. Also Sears or WalMart, hardware stores, fabric stores etc. They are easy to find (in the USA at least).

I got it at an art supply store. They probably sell them at Michael's, Jo-Ann Fabrics, and other craft stores too. It is made by a company called Alvinco and the model number is GBM1218
love the design and ill use untill i find a more perfect one for my money and cards

i made the pockets longer and cut a little triangle at the top the pull out the cards
i like it because it is thin, yet complex
@other353 u can get colored tape at wal-mart and at michaels arts and crafts stores too
One thing I like about duck tape wallets is that they aren't as bulky as regular wallets.
this is an awesome wallet! i just made 1 but i customized mine a little. mine is red allover except where the money pocket is, that part is chrome. Its P.I.M.P. thnx 5/5

Hey, I absolutely love this! I made it but I would like to tell you about my MODDED one of these. Instead of having one pocket for money I added an extra on to it. So, one is for $1 and the other for $5, $10, $20, or $100. Do you want me to post a video on what I did to moddify it?

i didnt use duct tape i used masking tape and it worked well and you can couler them in.

It doesn't work so well with coin based currency. The change pocket was the bit that I found most difficult. hmmmm

that is a good wallet, but i would like it more if you actually showed how to some of the parts. you just said what we had to do but you didnt show us. i kind of got how to make it but i am more of a visual person...

considering this uses about 5 feet of tape max, you either messed up a lot, bought solid gold duct tape, or now have the largest wallet known to man...
you can make it out of any tape =]
