1018트와이스 Sometimes people sell them on eBay/Amazon with the preorder cards but sometimes I see some preorder sets on eBay or Facebook groups
Kpop Mart does cuz I get all my albums there and they give me the preorder photocards even when i don't preorder and they sometimes give you freebies
