Ordered one of the shirts.
For deloads I have 2 styles I refer to. One which is similar to this in which I maintain the intensity range that I was working with before and slash volume by half. The other was the typical 40% x 5, 50% x 5, 60% x 5 which I don't really use all that much unless I am way more beat up than I should be
This is timely, I just got off of a training block and this is how I’m going to structure my “deload” thanks! And yours is much more concise compared to Alan’s, both were great

Highly recommend watching Alan’s video before this but they will both help you with your training!
I usually take like 2 to 3 days off the gym and recover well. Once those 3 days are done, I train around 60 to 70 percent of my 1 rep max f a few days to come back strong
I just finished your podcast on Nutrion. It's was good man, my favorite by far.
Hearing talk about having someone to be accountable to is giving me the confidence to do it myself. I've always taken pride in doing shit on my own but even though I know it's not optimal. Whats the point of failing by myself?

Not too shabby. It all makes sense, if you take time off your body freaks out a little when you go back to something. Although I wonder how that is for guys like Brian Shaw who has done this for over a decade, can ppl like that truly take a whole week off and their bodies remember the movements?

I just train everyday till i get sick then take a week or two or five off and then get back at it.
