The Centre at 10 - The Hon Madeleine King MP

The Perth USAsia Centre is proud to celebrate its 10-year anniversary in 2023. Minister for Northern Australia, Minister for Resources, and Member for Brand, the Honourable Madeleine King MP, was formerly the Centre's chief operating officer. She reflects on her time in the role, during which the Centre hosted Indonesia's sixth president, Professor Doctor Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. Minister King says over the past decade, the Perth USAsia Centre has demonstrated itself to be a "zenith of what we can do in international relations here in Perth."
