    The Solution is to get all of your prospective clients to sign a client services agreement.
    This is a simple agreement that sets expectations, lays out your client process and gets them to commit to booking through you.
    I’m sure you have had the experience where someone calls or emails you and asks you to build a trip for them.
    Maybe it’s simple, maybe it’s complex, maybe once you get them what they initially ask for, they ask for many more things, You spend hours and hours, only at the end, what do you get? Nothing. Ghosted or pushed off.
    You spent hours and hours researching and building and being helpful to them.
    How does that feel? Does it feel good? Are you happy with that aspect of your business? Of course you are not!
    A client services agreement is a non-binding “contract” and it does 3 things for you.
    1) It makes your client dramatically more likely to book travel with you.
    2) It lets you know how serious they are about booking travel with you.
    3) It lays out your client process and expectations.
    There are 3 aspects of building up to getting them to sign a client services agreement.
    1) Making sure you have the right clients in front of you
    2) Understanding your client, asking all the right clients and
    3) building value
