Don't let this scare you. Take birthing classes if you can. Prepare yourself mentally. If you keep moving, and try to keep calm the pain is more bearable. The pain becomes worse when you're scared because of the adrenaline running through your body.

Ovarian cyst, breast cyst or cysts of any kind are caused by iodine deficiency. PCOS is caused by insulin resistance but going on a very healthy keto diet with lots of vegetables and healthy fats can cure PCOS. Check out Dr. Berg on the topic to get more info. There are other holistic doctors available on UA-cam also. They have a lot more information on what truly causes the problem and how to cure it than your regular medical doctor does.

@@GameChanger597 - also, I should point out that I haven’t been to a medical doctor in years, but When I was diagnosed at age 17, I was told it was hereditary, and in fact, my mother, one aunt, and three great aunts all suffered from it. I’m not the doctor, that’s your job, but I don’t know much about insulin, resistance to it or whatever. I do know that I’ve never had issues with blood sugar, not even during my periods of being extremely underweight.

This is another example of the lack of health-care for women. Women are often dismissed and discouraged by health care providers, to the point where they dismiss or downplay symptoms. I'm sure shock was involved for this woman as well...but when doctors and nurses repeatedly tell you it's "just cramps" or "just stress" you tend to be dismissive of your own symptoms and try to just suck it up. I won't relate all my own personal experiences which include a broken back, but it's truly sad. I feel bad for people who cannot be adequately heard about their health needs.

Looking at that precious baby, it's almost worth it for this situation to happen. Of course, it really wasn't, but I have come to realize that the situation of not knowing you are pregnant happens more often that people know.

You don't even need to cut the cord right away some people leave it for days it actually does good the baby gets extra oxygenated blood.

You can delay it a few minutes but once it stops pulsing there is no point in leaving it attached.

sassy tbc as someone who has PCOS, you have excruciating pain with cysts and are often told to just deal with the pain when you go to the ER or call for help. So maybe she didn’t think they would be able to do anything to help before she realized it was too late!

giselle joseph if you have PCOS it’s just normal life. I have had them for 9 years and no doctor feels the need to check them every time one bursts. 🤷🏻‍♀️
