Guys we love you so much. Thank you for this video. :) But İ have to say. Turks are little bit annoying when strangers called Turkish PİZZA to lahmacun or pide. :) Because pizza is belong to approximately 13-14 th century but pide And lahmacun belong to 500-600 years B.C. So pide And lahmacun are like pizza's father or grandpa..:) İtalians have inspired pide or lahmacun ( from anatholia ) when they create pizza.. There really is no right or wrong way to choose kumpir toppings. There are tones of options so everybody picks whatever fits to their tastebuds :) I usually prefer kısır (that thin bulgur salad) , diced pickled cucumber, green olive slices, sausage slices, pickled red cabbage, the boiled peas+carrots+potatoes in mayo salad which we call American salad in mine. Mayo and if they have hot sauce on top :) Edit : You need to squeeze a lil bit of lemon over your lahmacun (turkish pizza) before you roll it btw :)

There is more than one reason why we love and drink ayran. First and foremost, it is a healthy beverage. It doesn't contain any chemicals. No caffeine. Just water, yogurt and some salt. Second, in general, Turkish cuisine uses spices a lot and ayran is a beverage that balances it during the meal. Ayran, which is drunk after eating spices food, relaxes people. It is a healthy and refreshing drink especially on summer days.^^ But I agree that it is a drink that first-timers will find strange lol
