I can easily see the series continue with him in jail, helping other inmates with insights on their cases, and eventually planning a con to get a legal loop hole for his release with Kim's help. It might be best as a movie, but... that would never happen. The series ending has too much gravitas.
Watching this series after breaking bad was fun because you see these new characters and wonder if they are still alive or not and what happened to them, Howard and Kim being the main ones always wondered where was Howard during BB … boy did I get a surprise. He was in the lab the entire time
I laughed when I saw that BCS was competing with Fear The Walking Dead 😅. At the end I got the same nostalgic feeling of when I saw the end of The Wire

Now if only I could find a way to bill my time spent watching it... Warning: Our movie quizzes are so addictive, you might end up binge-watching them all night instead of actually watching movies
BCS excels, because not only does it set up BB, it's also just as good as a stand alone series as well. We get to meet new characters that brought BB into being, and see old characters from BB in seasons 5-6. I love BB but BCS is almost on two other levels. PS Howard deserved better.
I actually have the original marquee that hung over day spa nail. It’s a little worse for wear these days baking in the New Mexico sun all these years but you can easily still make out the sign
Problem is that because it moves so slow, which was great the first time I watched it, it is not rewatchable. I mean like I still had to watch it twice to catch everything, but Breaking Bad I think I am on my 10th time through it. I did have to put a couple years between the last time I watched it and now, but it is much more rewatchable.
This is really good, but on the accuracy along with the 3 stars on the jacket you should've included the security guard and Saul discussing Nebraska football was all exactly correct for the seasons/years/players at the time he was in Omaha.
the writers changed his name from KEITH to GENE... also Jimmy/Saul did not choose the name Gene, that is the name the Ed Galbraith gave him when he gave him his new identity, although we don't know whether or not Ed let him choose his new name - he already knew he was going to Omaha and to work at Cinnabon when he talked to Walter in the basement of the vacuum cleaner store so we can assume he already also knew his new identity and was practicing remembering it.... one plot hole with that (or maybe another reference to him wanting to get caught) is Jimmy/Saul telling Walter his new identity - or maybe he wanted Walter to be able to find him if he needed help in the future
I didn't realize acting was such a mental trip. Im sure Bob had that heart attack in real life because Howard's character "death" was in fact brutal. Same with Bryan Cranston when he shot Janes "death" scene, he imagined it was his daughter. His body still has PTSD from that he said in an interview.
Exactly what I did, I watched the first series and I thought it was not good. But, I tried again after 2 years. Now, think it's so much better than Breaking Bad
In Namaste, S5E4, at 22:30 Saul’s arguing in court. He looks at Kim. They make eye contact and he nods. Then at about 22:35 he exhales and says, “Yeah, so,” and then continues with his examination. Call me crazy, but it sounds like they dubbed in Kim for those two words.
Even to this very day I find myself wandering around the house, doing chores and whatnot, mumbling "Ziegler, Zeeeglier, Zieg-Ler!" 😂😂 My wife thinks I've lost it. 😂😂 Makes perfect sense to me.
I don't think either is better than the other. To me, it feels like a disservice to one or the other. I do like each because of what story they told, how they represented one another, and why I watch TV to begin with. I'm glad I got to see them both (and El Camino), and was thrilled, entertained, and enjoyed every minute of it.
If they made another entry in the franchise I really hope it will be about Gustavo's backstory further back then BCS provided, like how Don Eladio and Don Hector both knew who he was before he came to Mexico but no one else could figure out who he is. My favorite theories were that he was potentially a Chilien War criminal
It’d be cool but I don’t think it’ll ever happen. Giancarlo is too old and I can’t see anyone playing Gus Fring besides him. One of the most unique characters of all time and one of the best actors of all time. My pick is a sequel, about the massive power vacuum in the drug world caused by Fring/Heisenberg killing all the competitors.
Why isn't there a pre-prequel about Mike starting out as a good cop in Philly and eventually turning crooked, which ultimately led to his sons murder and eventual move to Albuquerque? That story practically writes itself.
Best prequel ever written and shot! Really good writing and acting!

You say the nail salon looks "surprisingly the same" as if all nail salons don't look exactly the same LMAO
I agree. This is the better of the two show. I always say this
the writers changed his name from KEITH to GENE... also Jimmy/Saul did not choose the name Gene, that is the name the Ed Galbraith gave him when he gave him his new identity, although we don't know whether or not Ed let him choose his new name - he already knew he was going to Omaha and to work at Cinnabon when he talked to Walter in the basement of the vacuum cleaner store so we can assume he already also knew his new identity and was practicing remembering it.... one plot hole with that (or maybe another reference to him wanting to get caught) is Jimmy/Saul telling Walter his new identity - or maybe he wanted Walter to be able to find him if he needed help in the future
Alot of respect for Odenkirk and Andrew Lincoln, both choosing family over money
I like Sauls commercials, funny and creative
Loved and Miss Better Call Saul!
Kim trying to stifle tears on the bus might just be the greatest moment ever captured on film. Deal with it.
I would love to see a spinoff about the Salamancas' back in the day.
I want to see another prequel: Gus and Peter Schuler, fighting with their backs against the wall in Santiago.
My favorite series
I had a 3 minor heart attacks in my widowmaker. It's the left anterior descending artery. It goes down just left of center of the heart.
Great video. Love the info.
Even to this very day I find myself wandering around the house, doing chores and whatnot, mumbling "Ziegler, Zeeeglier, Zieg-Ler!" 😂😂 My wife thinks I've lost it. 😂😂 Makes perfect sense to me.
The ending was lowkey sad asf
I love cinnomon buns man
Breaking Bad is the best show. Better Call Saul is either tied or close second.
I don't think either is better than the other. To me, it feels like a disservice to one or the other. I do like each because of what story they told, how they represented one another, and why I watch TV to begin with. I'm glad I got to see them both (and El Camino), and was thrilled, entertained, and enjoyed every minute of it.
"That's what the kids call an epic failure"
On the tequila bottle: Kim goes back to her office to get the ornament from one of those bottles before leaving when she suddenly quit
I imagine Jimmy becoming the ‘lawyer’ (as in helping them with legalese rather than representing them) for the inmates - for a fee or trade of course.
“30 facts you didn’t know(unless you WATCHED the show)”😅😂
The last shot of Jimmy and Kim in the prison when they are smoking the cigarette the tip is glowing muted red.
We need a series about someone who gets cancer and brakes bad
The best spin off ever.
Loved this show xx
Good video👍🏻
